A father was reading a magazine and although his little daughter was his pride and joy... every now and then, she would distract him.
Trying to keep her busy, he tore out one page on which was printed the map of the world. He then tore the page into pieces and asked her to go to her room and put them together to make the map again.
He was sure that it would take her the whole day to get it done. But, the little one came back within minutes with the perfect map.
Then without so much as a blink of her eye, she ran outside to play, leaving her father quite taken by surprise!
REFLECTION: There is always the other side to whatever you experience in this world. This story indirectly teaches all of us a lesson. i.e. whenever we come across a challenge or a puzzling situation, take a moment to look at the other side... You may be surprised to see an easy way to tackle the problem.

So, do you know Jesus???
It's true that family and friends may forsake us... and they may not be there when we truly need them. However, we hold in our hands the opportunity to do what the little girl did... we can look to the side of Jesus, for he has promised that he will never abandon us!
Don't get caught up in brisk and fast moving nervousness or anxieties. What good does it do, when you let yourself get into a "state of mind" that worries, or becomes fearful. This is another time to "STOP" and pray!
Whatever, you are facing Jesus is right there with you. He is there to pour out His love and delight... upon you!
Yet, if you are doubting, if you are panicked and if you are caught up in alarm... You will miss His peace! Your faith will not be activated, your uncertainty and skepticism will overtake your thoughts and it leave you questioning, why me, Lord?
Take this little girls advice... look to another side of the problem. Look to Jesus' side, Read His Word! You may or may not get the exact answer you want or need... but you will be able to stand with confidence in the face of difficulty!
And, you will not be standing alone, Jesus will be there... He will be right along side of you!
