 PLEASE NOTE: My husband Don and I were in an accident on the 19th. He has a broken knee, facial injuries and possible kidney injuries. I hurt my neck, back and am pretty bruised up. Right now, were both hurting and I'm trying to help care for him, but it is very hard on my body due to all the arthritis, lupus and just all my medical problems.
I'm asking all my readers to please keep us in your prayers!

 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of his grace... EPHESIANS 1:6-7 HOW RICH IS GOD'S GRACE I don't know about you, but in my case it took a lot of God's Grace to take the place for my sins. Even now, there are some days when I need more of God's Grace than anything else in this world! Nonetheless, His grace is sufficient for all the things and in all the things that we need Him for. It doesn't matter how little or how much of His Grace you may need, He always has just enough Grace for our longings and desires. HOW MUCH GRACE DOES GOD GIVE I heard a wise old preacher praying for his congregation one day and his prayer was for God to give each one of us just enough of His Grace to make it through our days. I have incorporated that into my prayers for not only myself... but for all who are in need of God's Grace, Mercy and Forgiveness! You see GOD'S GRACE is SUFFICIENT for ALL our NEEDS!! And He said unto me, "My Grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12:9 GOD'S AMAZING GRACE The "Power of God's Amazing Grace" will meet your every need. It will lead you to a peaceful and joy filled life. When your life begins to overwhelm you - God's Grace is there to encourage you. When life's journey is confusing - God's Grace will make your pathway clear and simple. When your life is bound with mind-boggling, and crushing thoughts - God's Grace will break the chains that bind you! God's Grace makes all things possible! AT THE END OF YOUR ROPE Just when you think that, nothing else can happen and then it does! And then you think to yourself, "I can't make it... but somehow you do, and then you call it "luck?" That's when I say, "Thank you God for your MERCY and your ever-present GRACE!" That's when I say, "My chains are gone and I've been set free, by God's Amazing Grace!" GOD'S GRACE It is God's Grace that is enough to cover and sustain you. His power is made perfect in all of our weaknesses. So, ask me about my thorn, inquire about my weaknesses with all of my autoimmune diseases, and I will gladly tell you that when I am hit with devastating daily pain, stiffness, and each step feels as if it will be the last one I can tolerate... And when it seems everyone has forgotten me... I will still stake my claims in these and know that the "Power of of God's Grace" is living and is alive within me! YES! PSALM 27:7 THE SEARCH FOR A SIBLING Over twenty years ago the voice of a young woman called out to God and pleaded with Him to find a brother she had never met. She has given me permission to write about it but once I started writing, I realized it was way to long to post here. Still while it took time... and a lot of twists and turns... and most of all "PATIENCE WITH CONSTANT PRAYER..." and after many more years then she expected... she found her long lost brother from whom she was separated from. THE TOUCH OF GOD God works things out in amazing ways that "HIT OUR HEARTS" and all we can do is say... WOW! Oh the joy in our hearts when we hear of the way God works things out for our good! He hears our every petition that we place before Him and there is no doubt He absolutely listens. Don't ever give up on the prayers you send up to God. He will answer them in His time and in His way! HIS WAY IS PERFECT Our God is still in the prayer answering business. So when I pray for someone's need, I have no doubts or fears--for I know my prayers will be answer in His timing and in His way. Which by the way is PERFECT! So why is it that God sometimes seems silent or absent in the life of a believer and his or her prayers? First, the Bible is clear that God is always present when we pray. We may not always "feel" like He is near, but He is! Jesus assures us in His Word: "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. MATTHEW 28:20 PRAYERS, PRAISES AND GOD'S POWER Prayer and Praise are siblings, you can separate one from another but eventually they will come together again. How can we pray... and not praise the Lord for hearing us? And how can we praise God... and not pray for His guidance and blessings upon us. To pray and to praise with a genuine heart, is to touch the Spirit of God's Power! We can PRAISE God because He never ignores our PRAYERS! Nor does He withdraw His love from us! Our PRAYERS and Our PRAISES call out the POWER of GOD on our behalf! BELOW: Let's Just Praise The LORD... and See the Prayerful Hearts of His People!  He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. LUKE 16:10 WHAT WEIGHS YOU DOWN At times the burden of a few problems can make them feel like fifteen thousand problems? Before we count ourselves "down and out" over them, we are able to turn and look at the one standing next to us! Christ can do the impossible! We simply need to give Him what we do have and watch Him work it all out! WHAT'S IN OUR LUNCH PAIL JOHN 6:11 states, "Jesus took the loaves; and when He had given thanks, He distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would. This was the story of the day Jesus fed the five thousand men, plus women and children. He didn't have to use the loaves. He had made manna fall for the Israelites. Instead, He chose to use the single basket of a small boy. This small boy's mother had made a basket lunch for her son and filled it not just with food... but this basket was filled with FAITH and how God could use it! I ASK "LORD WHAT DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU" So today, it makes me ask myself... "What's in my lunch pail? Is all I have to offer just a wimpy prayer?" It may be so... but I will give it all to Jesus! If all I may have is a meager skill, I will choose to use it for my Lord. He can have all of me, all that I have and all that I am... even if this world or even I think, that it is not enough for my Lord and Savior. WHEN I HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE There are many days... when I can't walk and there are days when I can barely move at all. But if all I have is strength for just one step? I'll say, "TAKE IT LORD AND USE IT FOR YOUR GLORY!!" And in the Lord's hands, it becomes enough! It is more than enough, just as the the little boy's five barley loaves and two little fishes were enough to feed the crowd! God used only three nails and a crude cross to redeem humanity. IF God can turn a basket into a buffet, don't you think he can do something with just a little boy's five loaves and two fishes... by FAITH? GOD CAN DO EVERYTHING WE CAN NOT I might lose a battle here and there, but I will not lose my Faith! Nor will I lose the will to keep following my Lord and Savior! We all just need to remember, we are never alone and should Jesus asks us to do or give, "Just what we have..." remember: HE PROMISES HE WILL DO THE REST! HEBREWS 13:5 ON CHRIST THE SOLID ROCK I STAND Its not always easy facing the days, months or even the year, without fear. We need to know the contentment of our God's provision. Discontent is a disease that breeds fear. But the "SECRET OF CONTENTMENT" is "Not Having What We Want" but rather; "Wanting What We Have!" CONTENT IN JESUS I wouldn't sell the contentment I have in Jesus Christ for any price anyone could name. I have learned to be content in the Lord Jesus Christ. That doesn't mean I'm satisfied with myself, but that along with the Apostle Paul I can say it gladly and surely: "I can do all things through Christ who is pouring His life into mine," and "I have learned that whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content." STEADFAST IN CHRST JESUS If you want or need the source of your satisfaction, your sufficiency, and your security to be steadfast, then you must find it in the Lord Jesus Christ. As the hymn states: "My hope is built on nothing less, than Jesus' blood and righteousness." PHILIPPIANS 4:12 NO TIME FOR WORRY ABOUT THIS WORLD Lord help us not to take worry or thoughts about what is happening in the world around us, for what we have in Jesus Christ is worth far more! You have given us salvation, a relationship with the "King of Kings," which is worth so much more than we could even imagine! Today we may feel deprived of our self-esteem or confidence, may we know that we find all of ourselves in You alone. We may be thinking to ourselves, "How will I make it through this week or even this day?" THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR US AND OTHERS While looking around we may see that so many others are flourishing. Help us to be thankful for those who are doing better then we are at this moment in time, for neither we or they know when our times may be reversed. For this is my Father's world and He shines in all that's fair; In the rustling grass... I hear Him pass... And He speaks to me "Everywhere!" MAY WE BE CONTENT It is You, O Lord, who give us the ability to be content in whatever situation we are in. The Apostle Paul spoke the following words while he was in a prison cell: "For I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, bot to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ Which strengthens me. PHILIPPIANS 4:11-13 THANK YOU LORD GOD Lord, we thank you for all that You have provided for us. For when we have Jesus, and when we have His love, we absolutely have something wonderful. We are rich, regardless of what we may or may not have in the bank, for we have You, O Lord... may we never forget that! I can do all things, which Christ has called me to do, through Him who strengthens and empowers me to fulfill His purpose. I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace. EVERYONE NEEDS THE LORD There are those who suffer alone, and they let no one know the pain that they are enduring. The only real peace that they can find... is in you Lord God. For more than anything in this life.. Lord open our hearts so that we may truly know, more than anything else... People Need You Lord Jesus!
