It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High: To show forth thy loving kindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night...
PSALM 91:1-2
LIFE GIVING WORDS
At the very least, I was taught as a child to say, "Please and Thank You," whenever I needed help or someone showed
me some sort of kindness.
As an adult, I've done my best to continue to show my appreciation to those who care about me, by just using those simple little words that mean so very much. It's been said that, appreciation is a wonderful thing! It makes what is excellent in others, belong to us as well.
TRY JUST A LITTLE KINDNESS
The words may not seem very important when we are very busy with life, however, when you're the person who is doing
or giving -- they mean everything! I'm of the opinion we
need a little more kindness and a lot more gratitude to make
this world a little more thoughtful and gracious, just by
doing or saying "the little things that count!"
Being told you are appreciated is one of the simplest and
most uplifting things you can hear.
WHETHER LIFE IS SWEET OR BITTER
When life is sweet, we can say, "Thank You" and be blessed. And when life is bitter, we can say, "Thank You" and mature.
Remember this, as you woke up this morning, someone was taking their last breath, "Thanking God for another day seems more important when you see it from another persons
viewpoint!"
My friends, It is a good to say, "Thank you" to the Lord and to sing praises to the God who is above all Gods. It is also good to tell God each morning, "Thank you for your kindness," and every evening to "Rejoice in all His Faithfulness."
