As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

A surrendered heart--a heart totally dependent on the grace of
Jesus--is the greatest gift you can offer Him. I realize your difficulty. You fear the judgment of men.
The idea of letting go--of turning loose of your struggles and abandoning your strategies--fills you with panic. "What if 'they' see my lack, my emptiness?" you ask. "What will happen to my testimony, my witness?"
Jesus knows all our fears!
So, THINK! Who has promoted you and protected you thus far? Who has covered you, blessed you, given you favor and empowered you?
Do you honestly believe Jesus would allow you to be brought to shame? Your own righteousness, your own works pose a greater threat to your public image than trusting Jesus' grace ever has or ever will.
And He has covered these, hasn't he? Trust Jesus! Surrender all. Give Jesus all the room to act on your behalf!
What have you got to lose? Nothing but your vanity. Thankfully!
